Helpful details to include
The more we know, the more useful our first reply will be. For example, tell us whether the house is terraced, semi-detached, detached or a bungalow. It also helps to say how you want to use the room, such as a bedroom with an en-suite or a home office.
If you know the rough head height in the loft, add that too. A loft generally needs about 2.2 metres, measured from the top of the floor joists to the underside of the ridge. However, do not worry if you are unsure, since we can check it later.
